A nice winter mix of white beans, cavolo nero, tomato and vegetables. More of a dinner style of bean dish, which would go nicely with sourdough, some potatoes and a glass of wine.
To reheat, take out of the plastic and put in the oven in foil. If you like, sprinkle some breadcrumbs and olive oil over the top for a nice crust. Bake at 200 for about 20 minutes, or until hot. Can also just be re-heated on the stovetop if you don’t want the crust.
Ingredients: white beans, cavolo nero, onion, tomato, carrot, celery, olive oil, garlic, spices.
