3.5kg Half Ham - Brined + Smoked - for pick up from the 19th December.

Support small-scale agro-ecological farming by purchasing a delicious forest-raised ham from Hanna & Lachy of allt farm today. They raise their pigs outdoors in a former pine plantation near Beechworth in northeast Victoria. Pigs are playing a role in their project to regenerate and transform their patch of land into a thriving and productive ecosystem.

The Hams are brined and smoked by their butcher in Albury and will be available for collection here in the week before Christmas. We only have 18 available so get in QUICK!
