Also known as T80, this flour from Wholegrain Milling is stone milled and sifted to remove the bran, while still retaining the nutritious germ. It’s roughly something in between a white flour and a wholemeal, and is perfect for bread. We use this in our white loaves, as part of a blend, but it’s also great on its own. Certified sustrainable.
