Ever since our first taste of chilli honey in a New York Deli, we’ve been hooked. We launched Quinby’s from our kitchen during lockdown in Sydney, 2020 and today we are sold across both Australia and Singapore.
We wanted to use the best, Australian honey that would stand up to the habanero. Infused at a low temperature to keep all that honey goodness and give it a kick.
