Bread - Superette
All of our larger hearth loaves are 100% naturally fermented. Our smaller loaves, such as baguettes and Turkish bread, include our levain for flavour, but also use some yeast.
Note that our baguettes and Turkish breads are not available when we first open, which is one of the reasons that all pickups are for after 9am. Baguettes are often not available until 9:30 but we make every effort to get them before then!
