Our baguettes use a blend of white and wholemeal wheat, spelt and khorasan flours. We use both sourdough and yeasted pre-ferments in our baguette dough, unlike our other loaves which are 100% sourdough.

Only available on Christmas Day! These will be available to pick up from the bakery on the 25th, but for baguettes every other day, they will need to be purchased in store.
