20% Woodstock Flour stone-ground whole Rye, 15% Woodstock Flour stone-ground whole-wheat, and the rest is made up of flour from Wholegrain Milling.

We really like using Rye because it grows particularly well in Australia. The farmers are always telling us we should all be using and eating as much rye as possible. It's good for us and good for the land and soils to be growing crops that suit the climate.
