More of an off-white, our bread is a 100% sourdough blend of flours from Wholegrain Milling and Woodstock in NSW. We vary the blend frequently, but this is typically 70% white bakers flour, 20% high extraction stoneground flour, and 10% bio-dynamic wholemeal Spitfire. At 1.2kg dough weight, they're big loaves, for lots of eating.
